Human resource data is hard to come by. The dataset used for this project was created to help teach graduate HR students how to use and analyze data
There are many interesting features in the data set including, salary, absences, and marital status. However, I decided to take a look at the overall diversity profile of this company. Using Tableau as a tool, my insights are displayed below.
